(၁) သတင္းမ်ား ပံုထပ္ေနျခင္း(မ်ားျပားေနျခင္း)၊၎မွ မိမိဖုန္း/Tablet အား ေလးလံသည္ဟု ခံစားေနမိျခင္း။

HWH App စတင္ Installျပီး အင္တာနက္ဖြင့္ကာ စတင္ Updateလုပ္ခ်ိန္တြင္ သတင္းမ်ား ရာ၊ေထာင္ခ်ီတတ္လာမည္ ျဖစ္သည္။ ထိုသတင္းမ်ားသည္ မိမိဖုန္း/Tablet ၏ RAM/CPU Usageကို သိသာစြာ မေႏွာင့္ယွက္ပါသျဖင့္ စက္မေလးႏိုင္ပါ။ သို႔ေသာ္ ဖုန္း SD Cardတြင္ Memoryေတာ့ အနည္းငယ္ စားပါသည္။ ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ သတင္းမ်ားအား ဖတ္ျပီးလွ်င္ Delete ႏွင့္ Clear Cache လုပ္ေပးပါ။ Manual မလုပ္ခ်င္ပါက 

App Open>>Option>>More>>Settings>>Message Store>> Keep unread items အမွန္ ဖ်တ္>> Clear cache intervalကို One dayေလာက္ထား>> Auto cleanup read ႏွင့္ Auto cleanup unreadကို Two days (သို႔) ကိုယ္ ႀကိဳက္သေလာက္ထားပါ။

(၂) သတင္းမ်ား အျပည့္ မေပၚျခင္း၊ ဓါတ္ပံုမ်ား မေပၚျခင္း

အခ်ိဳ႕ေသာ သတင္းဌာနမ်ား(ဥပမာ-သစ္ထူးလြင္၊ ရိုးရာေလး) သည္ သတင္းအျပည့္ေပးသည္မွာ နည္းသည္။ စိတ္၀င္စား၍ ဖတ္ရူလိုပါက အင္တာနက္ဖြင့္ကာ 

Option>>Open ႏွိပ္ကာ Browserျဖင့္ သြားေရာက္ဖတ္ရူႏိုင္ပါသည္။ HWH တြင္ ထည့္ေပးထားေသာ Link အမ်ားစုမွာ  သတင္းအျပည္႔ေပၚပါသည္။ မေပၚပါက ပံုတြင္ ျပထားသည့္ အတိုင္း စမ္းၾကည့္ပါ။ ဓါတ္ပံုမ်ား မေပၚသည္မွာ update လုပ္ေနစဥ္ connection က်သြားျခင္း၊ connection အရမ္းေႏွးျခင္း တို႔ေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

(၃) Gothere Myanmarကဲ့သို႔ သတင္းမ်ား Auto ၀င္လိုျခင္း၊ သတင္းဖတ္လိုပါက အင္တာနက္ဖြင့္ကာ Update All လုပ္ေနရသည္ကို မႏွစ္သက္ျခင္း။

 App Open>>option>>More>>Settings>>Article Updates>>Automatic Updates အမွန္ျခစ္>> Update interval အား 15 mins အနည္းဆံုး ထားၾကည့္ပါ။ သတင္းမ်ား အင္တာနက္ဖြင့္ထားရင္ Auto update လုပ္ေနပါလိမ့္မယ္။

(၄) သတင္းဌာန အခ်ိဳ႕အား ျဖဳတ္ေပးရန္ ေတာင္းဆိုျခင္း

ထို User အား အထူးေမတၱာရပ္ခံပါသည္။ သင္ မႏွစ္သက္ေသာ သတင္းဌာနမွ သတင္းမ်ား လံုး၀ မလိုခ်င္ပါက Source>> သတင္းဌာနအား Long Press>>Delete Feed လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။

 HWH App အေနျဖင့္ သတင္း၁ပုဒ္ မည္မွ်မွန္ကန္သည္၊ ခိုင္လံုသည္ကို သတင္းဌာနေပါင္းမ်ားစြာျဖင့္ ေဖာ္ျပေပးေနပါသည္။ ထိုသတင္းအေပၚ မွန္၏၊ မမွန္၏၊ ယံုၾကည္ရေလာက္၏ ဆိုသည္မွာ User၏ ေတြးေတာ ဆင္ျခင္ သံုးသပ္မူေပၚတြင္သာ မူတည္ပါသည္။
